Retrofit: Makes it Possible to Remove the Limbs, Organs, and other parts of the Target and Replace them with other things Painlessly over then next Three Rounds.

Distortion: Painfully twists the targets body into a weird exaggerated form, causing some damage in the process. Said twisting of body may come with other penalties and advantages.

Total party overkill: the target undergoes a matter/antimatter reaction, completely incinerating everything in the room except for the key and the doors, which will briefly display rotating translucent floating tags with the word "INDESTRUCTIBLE".

Ribcage horror: the target's chest will deform, open up in a teeth-rimmed hellish maw which will stretch, devour, masticate and swallow the nearest foe before collapsing back to normal. The target and its allies will then be horrified (either at the horror itself or at its gruesome table manners) for 1d3 turns each.

Slasher top: the target is transformed into a bladed top and spins into the nearest creature, turning it into ludicrous gibs before returning to normal.

Hiccups: the target hiccups once every 3 seconds for 1d3 turns, becoming effectively unable to cast or write down spells and suffering a -1 impairment on all its rolls.

Speedy boots: creates  magical boots, that make it's wearer faster. however, this only works if the wearer has rested for 111111111 hours beforehand.
Wizard loch: magically creates a lake in the dungeon room.
Force bolt: forces any creatures named Bolt to do your bidding, under threat of torture by Justin beaver music.
Drain life: animates on sink for 2d4 minutes.
Magic missile: turns a missile into a turnip.
Cone of cold: makes a ice cream truck.
Fireball: makes a flaming basketball. will vanish in 2d10 unless you make a basket.
Remove curse: the target creature is cursed to remove all their weapons and armors
Levi-tation: makes a pair of magical pants
Chant armor: makes a piece of armor chant.

Bear trap: a bear trap chained to the floor appears under the target's foot/rear paw and closes violently, dealing 2d2 in damage; opening it to free the victim requires both two hands (or equivalent) and success in a roll.
