A New God
« on: August 31, 2016, 03:16:50 pm »

Somewhere deep beneath the world of the mortals, under the spiritual lakes and the deepest hells lays a pit. This pit is the Spawn of the Gods.
The Spawn of the Gods is a gigantic lake filled with the element of the gods. Purple goo in the complex stalagmite caverns make a beautiful scenery.
The goo is moving like an oceans and big and small waves shake the stillness of this place. No mortal has laid eyes on this before.
It is there, at the Spawn of Gods, where new gods are born. From the complicated cries of a suffering mortals, the biddings, fragments arrive deep beneath,
at the Spawn of Gods. As the suffering formulates a will, a new god is born and he reaches out to those that ask for it in a burst of power.#

We are about to perceive the birth of a god. But who gave life to this god?

A) A Lizardgirl, wandering in hunger in the great desert. He is about to dehydrate.

B) A gnoll male who got seperated from his tribe at the great steppes. Wolves are about to get him.

C) A human male who is floating in the river. He is about to fall off the waterfall.

D) A human female who is encircled by sharks in the ocean

A stream of light strikes at you as you get sucked towards the ocean. A wicked scream can be heard, as the girl knows that she is about to die.
Her body trembles as the big fish are swimming underneath her. She kicks one against the nose, but the oncoming danger is clear and strong.
You feel every drop of ocean water against your energetic form soon you will be close to your new follower.
Three sharks, each longer than 2 m, and the facette of a girl appear before you. It is clear that you must act now, so you look at your surroundings.
You see an octopus closeby, and on the ocean floor there is corals everywhere. Somewhere you hear the echos of the dolphins.
Manifest your will, how do you want to save the girl?

The sharks and the girl... make the sharks see the girl as one of their own.

Unless you make them see her as a immature shark, not ready for that sort of thing.

After considering of throwing spears of coral at the sharks, you reconsider as you begin to sense the small brains and hearts of the creatures surrounding you. The dark red auras of the sharks stand in stark contrast to the pleasant blueish aura of the girl, though it has streaks of panicky magenta in it. You reach into the auras and in a seemingly endless moment the colour of the girls aura asumes a similar shape and colouration as the auras of the sharks. They start to slow down on their attack, eventually almost halting. One of them actually stubs at the girl, who is laughing now, petting the beast. The sharks, amazed at their new friend, encircle the girl, and jump out of the water in ways unseen before.

The girl is carried by the sharks, to a closeby shoreline, where the girl sets foot on a tropical island.
This island seems big, and there is a volcano afar.
The girl sits down and screams in a mixture of agony of being stranded on an island and joy of surviving a shark attack.
As she screams thank you, you feel yourself to manifest more and more on the area closeby the girl.

You notice though, that feats like the one you just accomplished will not be so easy in the future. Gods that are freshly born usually start with a huge amount of power, to quickly diminish it to showcase their first act of power in a grandiose way.

Looking back at the girl, you see she is young, uneducated, fairly beautiful, and fairly athletic.
Not much for the start, but once you gain a bigger following you will be able to do great things.

It seems that your girl is building a shelter. What do you want to do in the meantime?

assist in little ways. That tree comes down a little easier, the grasses are a little tougher than normal, the plants grow a tad faster...

We should also scout out a reliable source of drinking water in advance.
