Hey do you think its possible to update this to the current edition of DF? Playing on an alternate earth would be the baddest of asses.

Worldgen parameters have not changed for a long, long time. I think you can just use parameters in newest DF version and it will look mostly the same (civs, embark tile-level geography and evil/good might be placed differently).
