In the dark grim past of long long ago, there was a thread
« on: August 29, 2016, 02:39:32 pm »

and it was a dark horrible evil thread. It started innocently about trees, and soon, it was corrupted with phrases like "leaf me alone" and "this is nuts!".

I do not remember where this thread was, or where it went. But I must find it for my dark research to summon Cthulu. Please, there is no time to explain, but it must be done. Will you help me?

There's a Punning Thread about...But it wasn't about trees.

>implying there's only one pun thread

OP, I hate to say this, but you're trying to find a pine needle in a haystack. There are so many pun threads, especially if you include derails.

I don't remember the name. I think it was in one of the DF subforums, and it started off with the OP talking about a giant or something like that throwing somebody against a tree and them exploding. Something along those lines. I hope that helps.

How did that poll get 388 votes, anyway?

edit: oh, it's in the upper boards. I thought it was in General Discussion.

Unrelated but this is the first time I've ever seen anyone change the message icon on their post.
