You decide to spend the rest of the season meditating.

Spring 342 - Week 7

You're feeling very sick—not deathly ill, or anything, but sick enough that focused meditation is basically impossible. It's probably just the common cold—or a side effect of having your mana forced out of your body, maybe—but it could be something worse; if you want to be sure, you should probably make the trek to the city, where you can visit a doctor. (Most people would shy away from making such a trip while sick, but not you—your vitality is incredible!)

A - Travel: Head over to the city, where you can find a doctor. It's the only way to be safe, but it's a bit pricy—and you're running out of money...
B - Rest: Stop meditating until you recover, but don't leave the tower. If it's something minor—which it probably is—visiting a healer would be a waste of time and money.
C - Ignore: Keep meditating. You probably won't do a very good job of it, but you need mana.

You spend the day resting in bed.

You're feeling about the same as before—maybe a bit worse. This doesn't mean anything, yet; even for someone with as much vitality as you, a cold can sometimes last a few days.

A - Caution: Go to the city, just in case. If things get much worse, the trip will be difficult.
B - Efficiency: It's still probably a cold, so there's no real reason to blow a ton of money on diagnosis.

Keep trying. The + 1 probably means we can't get a crit fail.

Okay, no, something is definitely wrong; today, you've started coughing. At one point, you coughed up blood. Even super-wimps generally don't do that when suffering from a cold, and you have the power of vitality.

A - Self-Reliance: Go to the city ASAP, but on foot. You can make it. Probably.
B - Favour: Try to find a local farmer with a horse—did the family you tried to help have one? you can't remember—and get them to take you into the city.
C - Foolhardiness: stay home because reasons
