"Urgent message from the Ministry of Imperial Security, Empress. People on planet Erasure IV are rioting due to terrible access to basic healthcare and holovid libraries. Local police cannot maintain order on its own. Governor Orwell is seeking the Empress' assistance."

A) Prepare a holographic speech asking the citizens of Erasure to go back to usual harmony and love.
B) Send in the Starfleet to pacify the rioters and restore order on the planet.
C) Tell the Governor that it is his job to deal with such problems.

Just ten days later you receive a message via Sirtana.

"Ministry of Internal Security reports that it had concluded its preeliminary investigations and dissident republican supporters were amongst those who started the riot on Erasure and Watahhere. Head of the Ministry is asking if they're to move in or just keep watch on them."

A) Let the MIS move in to arrest and imprison the dissidents responsible!
B) Have them continue with investigations and also start surveillance of the related Imperial citizens.
