A long-term project, started by your predecessor, to rejunevate the stability of the red giant in Pontifex Major system is coming to an end and the scientists believe that it is going to fail. The Imperial Senate and the scientific council of Pontifex Major both want to know your word on this." Thanks to your knowledge in astrophysics you know that stellar rejunevation doesn't succeed very often, and there were also a very few instances in which it actually accelerated the collapse of the star into a nova.

A) Extend the deadline on the rejunevation project and grant extra funds to the scientific council from Imperial Treasury.
B) Declare that Pontifex Major system is to be abandoned and its population is to be evacuated to neighbouring star systems.

"Empress, incoming report from Starbase 4285 in Vasuda star system. The forces of Star Kingdom of Sephirothia have entered the system in an aggressive manner."

B) Send Starfleet to converge in the system and prepare for WAR!
C) Send Starfleet to battle Sephirothian starships in Vasuda and then counter-invade into Sephiroth systems!!

The Sephirotian ambassador is called; he hastily explains that they were attempting a synchronized hyperspace jump at the Moistbodice hub-type node and this caused some physics shenanigans that pulled part of the fleet into the node leading to your Vasuda system.

Your science senses are tingling; nobody ever pulled off synchronized jump, and ships often have to go one-by-one, even if separated only by miliseconds. They might've tried to 'jump' whole fleet specifically to Vasuda for obvious invasioney reasons.

A) Demand that payments are to be made by Sephirothian government for intrustion into your space.
B) Tell him that you accept his explanation for now, and that they should be more careful next time.
C) Tell him that while you accept his explanation, next time this happens there will be WAR.
