Name: Enzo Marche
Gender: Male
Age: 15
Appearance, normal: Black hair, clean, white t-shirt and dark blue jeans. His shirt has a green-colored atom design on it. One of his eyes is burned and ugly, so he keeps a long bandage wrapped around it at all times.. His other one is green and slitted, like a cat's. He wears contacts (well, it would probably be just a contact), you see.

Appearance, transformed: A labcoat, stained with green stains in the shape of a nuclear warning sign on its back. Underneath, several layers of dark, magical-looking robes, glowing a pale green. He wears black shoes in this form, and his one eye seems to be enveloped in a barely visible, transparent, ominously green-tinted blaze. Beneath his bandage, where his other eye should be, is another green nuclear warning sign. His hair also has multiple strands of green along with its natural black.

Also, he has adorable cat ears and a tail.

Personality: A little quiet at first, but that only serves to make his sudden (and loud) outbursts all the more surprising. This, in combination with his tendency to talk about nuclear physics and lean in quite close to people's faces, makes Enzo seem quite creepy. But he means well. Probably.

Weapons of choice: Instead of just a single weapon he wields, Enzo fires thin, floating missiles that hover around him protectively that he can send at people whenever he wants.
Backstory:
Enzo was born to two doting parents in the land of Italy. He was a kind boy, shy. He had good grades, and was happy though he had few friends. He was content.

But there was a fire. No one knows how it came about, but there it was. It was a small fire, mind you. Easily stopped from doing anything harmful at all. His father was safe. His mother was safe.

Enzo tripped. He tripped and, to the cries of his parents, was burned. He survived, of course. He was rushed to the hospital, and was healed. His eye was burned, though. So he wears a bandage on it to cover it up. The incident changed him. Instead of being traumatized by the event, he became almost obsessed with fires and explosions, things of destruction. His grades suffered; he simply didn't want to study anymore. His parents moved to Japan in an effort to turn him back into the Enzo they once knew. Surprisingly, he was very excited to go there.

The country where two nuclear weapons detonated. What an opportunity.

When making a magical challenge, you can take 1 Overcharge on the magical attribute you’re using for the challenge to roll an additional die and add it to your result. This die will give you another die and another point of Overcharge if it rolls a 6 as usual, and if you use it for an attack it gives +2 to the attack’s damage as usual.

Nuclear Energy (Recover)

While out of combat, a magical girl or boy can use this to regain 1d6+2 Resolve

Radiation Mark (Hex)
Minor Action
Place a Hex on a target within a range of 0-2. The target takes 1 point of damage at the start of each round until the end ofthe scene. Damage from Hexes is not considered an attack. You can place multiple Hexes on the same target, but you canonly place one Hex in a round. On your turn, you may remove all or part of the Hexes you’ve placed on a target as a freeaction.

Radiated Strike (Inflict)
Free Action, 1 Overcharge (Attack), 1/Scene
Use this after making a successful basic attack. Apply Bleeding status to the target of that attack.

Missle Launch (Blast Strike)
Major Action, 1 Overcharge (Attack)
Make a basic attack and choose one position within range. Each target within that position must attempt to defend themselves or take normal damage from the attack.

Nuclear Strike
Major Action, 2 Overcharge (Attack), 1/Episode
Choose any position on the map. The turn afterwards, any characters within that position and the positions next to it, whether they are ally or foe, are attacked for 2d4 if they are in the targeted position and 1d6 if they are in the positions next to it. Anyone that was damaged by this attack is inflicted with Bleeding.

Name: Morwenna Garrison
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Appearance, normal:
Morwenna stands at around 5’6”, her frame is thin and obviously athletic. Her short hair is dyed electric blue and styled to be spikey. Her eyes are a dull green and across her face she has quite a few faint scars from her adventurous life. Normally she wears practical clothes, such as trousers and t-shirts. From the outside it doesn’t look like she cares too much about her appearance, her clothes are often messy and splattered with whatever she has been running through during the day.
Appearance, transformed:
When transformed her hair lengthens down to her waist,  her skin merges with her clothes to create a blue, white and gold dress and leggings which covers her entire body except for her eyes. White and gold shoulder pads form and a gold crown appears on her forehead. Her eyes turn a bright and shining sapphire.
Personality:
Morwenna first and foremost always wants to be the center of attention, whether this is from doing something impressive or doing something really stupid doesn’t really matter to her. She always seems to be laughing or has a smile on her face, she seems truly carefree and does seem to really care about other people.
Weapons of choice: Two Handed Battle Axe
Magic power: Ice manipulation and creation.

Backstory:
Morwenna was born in wales, her mother being Japanese and her father being Welsh. For the first half of her life she lived happily there, not exactly a quiet life with how much trouble she’d get into but a satisfying one. That all ended when she was ten years old however and her parents began to fight, they tried to keep it away from her but with their small house it wasn’t exactly possible.

It was over small things at first but those things grew larger as the time passed, after a couple of years it was clear the relationship wasn’t working any more. They divorced and Morwenna’s mother took her away from everything she ever knew back to Japan. It was difficult for her, even though she knew the language the culture shock was immense and for a long time she had trouble making any friends at all.

Eventually she made a few but even those she didn’t feel were actually that close to her, even at this point in time she still feels slightly alone.

Shield

Aura of Strength
Any time you succeed on a defense roll you emit an aura that inflicts 2 damage to all enemies in the same position as you. This aura is not considered an attack action.

Guardian
Free Action, 1 Overcharge (Defense)
 If you are in the same position as an enemy and they attempt to move out of that position, you can make a Support vs. Support challenge. If you win, they are unable to move out of your position.

Reflector
Free Action Once per round,
if you successfully attack a target, you play put a Reflector effect on yourself or an ally within a range of 0-2. The reflector lasts until the end of your next turn. While it is active, any time an enemy successfully attacks the bearer, they ignore up to 3 points of damage from the attack, and the attacker takes those points of damage.

Comments on sheets/players so far:

Ueda: Looks alright. I'm reconsidering what I said earlier on Discord, but I'm going to be very strict on anyone starting fights.
 
Iana: First off, needs to be finished. Also, I'm gonna say right now that there's only going to be one foreigner getting in. Really, the American population in Japan is very low in particular, and immigration in general is low due to Japan being a bit xenophobic.

DivideByZero: At least jump on Discord and talk to me about it. With a couple exceptions, Magical Burst is a very flexible ruleset.

Tsukiko: Power needs to be clarified, maybe redone. Otherwise looks great.

Izumi: Background is a little weak. The sheet in general feels like it could be fleshed out a bit.

Hinode: Looks good to me, no issues.

Enzo: The power doesn't seem very thematic to the game, and seems a bit. . . hazardous? And he's foreign.

Morwenna: Looks good to me. Half-foreign makes a bit more sense.
