"I suddenly woke up. I've got this, weird, uh, urge, this -need- to go outside."

[Powder Miner]

Aoi looks out the window -- all seems to be pretty much normal out there, no monsters or things like that, except... there's a spot almost around the corner of her house, she can barely see it, where the color's off... She thinks she can see something shimmering, but from the window she can't quite make out what. The tugging in her soul redoubles.

[Empiricist]

"Open your window. Maybe I'm seeing things, but there's, -something- over here."
She swings her arm out the window and points at the spot in the corner.
"Do you see it? I, I might go check it out."

[Sl4cker]

Mijimeki pokes his head out the window, craning his neck at whatever it is.

[Powder Miner]

Mijimeki gets more clearer of a view of it from his window -- there's what looks to be a hole in the air near the side of Aoi's house that is just in the patch of trees their houses are centered around. On the other side of the hole is a landscape shockingly familiar to Mijimeki, the grey, cracked, and rusty landscape of the dream he had but didn't share with the others.

[Sl4cker]

For a long moment, Mijimeki is silent.

Then, he speaks into the phone. "... I have a bad feeling about this."

[Empiricist]

"I-I do to. But I -need- to go..."
Movement. Shadows shift.
Aoi's silhouette no longer in sight.
Reverberations, slight, but noticeable. In her voice. She's heading down stairs.
"I, I don't know why! But, please, please stay on the phone. If, if something happens, call the police. T-tell mother, tell Hayato."

Mijimeki would see Aoi, dressed in her usual casual attire walking towards the hole, glancing towards his window.
"It's... it, it can't be... it's the world I dreamed about... the one I drew!"

[Sl4cker]

Mijimeki grips the windowsill. "You... drew this?"

[Empiricist]

"I, I dreamed of it. I drew my dream, and now it's, it's here..."
Producing a few coins from her pocket, Aoi tosses them through the hole.

[Powder Miner]

The coin sails through the air, glinting, and passes neatly through the hole, completely failing to enter whatever world is shown on the other side and instead just landing on the normal street, behind the hole.

[Empiricist]

"I, I tried throwing a coin in, but it just passed through... well, wish me luck."
Aoi sticks her hand in.

[Powder Miner]

Aoi hesitantly sticks her hand into the hole, and OH MY GOD it isn't eaten by demons or anything like that. But her hand doesn't appear on the other side of the hole in the normal world -- instead, the hole ripples somewhat and Aoi can distinctly feel the atmosphere in the world from her dreams... it feels terribly dry, but nothing is harming her.

[Empiricist]

Aoi glances back with a weary sort of "I guess this is my life now" expression, and walks in.

[Powder Miner]

Mijimeki isn't immune to the feeling either -- as he continues watching the hole to another world, and even as he watches Aoi walk in, the sensation of tugging continues to rise, until it feels like his very soul is being pulled towards the odd phenomenon.

The ripples grow and quicken as Aoi steps into the hole... and then it quickly grows placid again as she steps all the way through. The first thing Aoi notices is the smell -- the smell of rust and moss pretty effectively permeate the dry air as she breathes in, as the rusted skyscrapers and the lichen in the cracked sidewalk make themselves known. She also feels sunshine as she walks in, the sun out and radiating a sheer power very very rarely seen in the Nagasaki area, bright and unforgiving. The area is how she remembers from her dreams: as if the downtown of a large city that hasn't had occupants for years, with the exception of the oft-trampled weeds on the ground. Another turn of her head reveals... weapons. Oh dear. By the portal are a pair of gloves with metal caps at the knuckles and... what is undeniably a gun. The tugging hasn't wholly dissipated, and now is pointing her down a road.

[Empiricist]

Rust. Moss.
Dry air. Bright light.
The gleam of metal. The dull finish of a gun.
No sign of danger. Not yet at any rate.
A rush. Her legs feeling weak, if only for an instant, as she dives forwards, lunging for the gun.
"Hello? can you hear me?"
An odd weight in her hand, her swings wild, trying to keep her aim steady.
Nothing. Nothing in sight. She slowly puts on the gloves, keeping the other weapon at the ready.
