Mijimeki stares at Aoi, before rolling his eyes. "What do you want to order?"

[Empiricist]

"I, guess I'll just have a green tea. How about you?"

[Sl4cker]

"Coffee. Kanade?" He inclines his head slightly toward her.

[Empiricist]

And with that, she produces her sketchpad, proceeding to erase and redraw the ruins of that city.

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"Tea. Shall I go up for you guys?"

[Empiricist]

"Sure!"
Aoi, for a moment appears relieved, before quickly bolting upright.
"Um, I, I think I better go with you, I did say I was going to pay this time, right?"

[Sl4cker]

Mijimeki just nods and observes the inside of the teahouse.

Mijimeki looks over the teahouse: for approximately four fifths of the building, it looks exactly as you would imagine a teahouse to look like, a square little building with traditional decorations and a counter with multiple teas (and a sleepy college girl) behind it. The fifth of the building opposite from the counter juts up and away from the ceiling for a bit before slanting down at the wall to the normal height -- kind of like the Sydney Opera House, a part of the renovation the older woman at the counter the last time they were here was absolutely glowing about. The traditional Japanese decorations and red paint are unbroken by this little architectural quirk.

And with that, Aoi carefully closes her sketchpad, and walks over to the counter, taking out her wallet before proceeding to... fidget on the spot, and completely avert her gaze from the girl at the counter.

[Sl4cker]

Mijimeki places his hand on his face before walking over to the counter and placing down his own money. "Two green teas. One regular coffee."

Kanade struts up there confidently.
"Hey! Two g-wait, you're paying?"

[Powder Miner]

The girl at the counter mumbles something half-intelligible before nodding and taking the money, putting it in the register (not bothering to count it), and setting to work sleepily making their drinks.

[Sl4cker]

"Yeah, sure." He shrugs.

[Empiricist]

"_Sorry."
Taking out her own wallet, she produces enough cash to pay for own tea plus a little bit extra and hands it over to Miji.
"_{That should pay for my tea}."

As does Kanade.
