I would like if there were the following position tokens
[RELEVENT_SKILL:X]makes the game take into account the skill of X when picking people for this positionin, in worldgen, picking one yourself(like appraiser skill for brokers), and when they're being voted in(like a mayor).
[NEEDED_SKILL:X:Y]like RELEVENT_SKILL, but only people with at least Y skill in X can be picked in this position. for guildmembers and such.
[CAN_NOT_EXIST]if there are no creature in the entity who fit the position(must follow ALLOWED_CREATURE,REJECTED_CREATURE,RELEVENT_SKILL,ALLOWED_CLASS,REJECTED_CLASS to who is acceptable) the position won't have anyone in it. would probably create bugs, but how else can you insure that your special position will only be taken by creatures with [POWER]?

Something like this is definitely needed. Most of the nobles in my civilization aren't even administrators, just a hodgepodge of fishery workers and farmers. You'd think most of them would be negotiators, persuaders, etc.
