Actually, Dibs on Russia. Let's say that that there was a Polish Revolution which overtook Russia. Yes. That's what happened.

Can an army from one nation support the army of a different nation?
Yes!

In fact, you will have to at first in order to avoid a horrible stalemate in any war you enter. Of course, the other nation may want to know why they should support your troops (or vice versa) hence the name of the game.

I'll take the last one left once the other's been claimed.

Kashyyk put it very well! Not only can you support the move or hold of a different player's army or fleet, you can also convoy another player's army!

Kot, I tried to rename Russia to Poland, but it broke the game. Sorry!

A few things as we get ready to start:
  • The Diplomacy phase will last 72 hours (3 days) for the first turn, and 48 hours (2 days) for the following turns.
  • Once the Diplomacy phase is complete, you will have 24 hours to submit your orders via PM to me. MAKE SURE THEY ARE ON TIME!
  • You may start your Diplomacy now. Let the deal-making and breaking begin!
  • If you have any questions about the rules, now is the time to ask them.
  • If you would like zoomed-in, higher-definition maps of any area, now is the time to ask for them. (But they will be available upon request throughout the game.)
  • If you're completely lost on how to start, shoot me a PM, and I can relay some tips on how to start.

Spring 1901: (Turn 1)
Diplomacy phase: 72 hours remain.
Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria is dead. Austria is reeling from the loss of its beloved heir. The seven great powers of Europe are on the brink of war, and three sleeping giants from the east begin to rise, seeing an opportunity. The question, of course, is who will they ally with, and who will they marshal their forces against?
Now is the time to decide. Reach out to potential allies and enemies, make deals to secure your places in the coming war, and prepare to marshal your forces.

Remember, 12 hours of Diplomacy remain. After, you will have 24 hours to submit your orders for this turn. You can submit your orders anytime in the next 36 hours, if you like.
