Rajita looks at the table and all the people, and frowns. Weren't they just looking for the other people in their group? A quizzical look passes her face, but she decides to stay quiet for now.

It certainly feels like that, but you also remember having spent the past week with them, searching for... something... You can hear them talking outside, though.

"Seriously?  Well.  Let's try the bloody forest, then."

This voice sounds familiar yet unfamiliar. Avi, someone met only a couple days ago, and yet, you're pretty sure this is the first time you've heard her voice.

(Sorry to curtail RP, but I have to do this to avoid re-splitting the party after they just met up. Assume everyone's followed the same path at the end of this post, and no one's left back sitting at the breakfast table.)

"Oh! I think I got it." He moves over to the forest.

"Seriously?  Well.  Let's try the bloody forest, then."

As people make their way to the forest, they spot something that causes them to pause, giving a chance for the rest to catch up. A gentle breeze blows through the forest, and off the side of the road, there seems to be a gap in the thick trees. Two spaced just far apart, giving the suggestion of a trail leading deeper into the woods, away from the straight road.

Rajita glances at the gap, worried. "Does anyone think we should go through the gap in the trees? Just saying, that seems like the best way to end up injured, or worse."

"Hm.  It may be the right way..."

"Hmmm... I guess it could be worth a shot. Also, I do not believe I have met you before. My name is Rajita. What's yours?" With this, Rajita gives a short little curtsy.

"Avi."

She returns the curtsey somewhat awkwardly, like she learned it but is out of practice.

Rajita smiles a bit at Avis attempt, and then turns to the rest of the group. "So, what do you think of going through the gap?"

"Fortuna audaces iuvat, Let's go for it." Titus leads through the gap.

As they walk through the gap, they find a trail that weaves through the dense trees. Something that they had not heard for some time greets their ears inside: complete silence. As they move further along, though, they soon start to hear something faint - the sound of a guitar. There's something different about it, though, similar notes to the song they'd been hearing constantly until now but a different melody, a little faster, and even softer. And then came something else, which seemed much more like a memory than words or mental communication.
