((I honestly wouldn't mind, but knowing ATHATH, I don't think he would be too happy about that. Going to try my best not to act on the meta, anyway, although I suppose it's still pretty likely that it shows a little at some point. Probably with fight-or-flight responses or something like that.))

Remaining passive is advisable for a little while longer. Get an enemy to show themselves.
Leave Alex on the roof as lookout, and reinforce the squad on the south. Could be action heading their way.
The car was shot at. High probability of continued attack.
SPU calculates trajectories. Observing the scene can provide enough data to locate the shooter. Keep weapons ready.

Recon South: Hmm. Clearly a psychic effect emanating from one of my competition. Use some match - get a read on where exactly the effect stops, get a handle on the curvature of the circle it probably makes, and use that data to calculate where the epicentre of the effect must be. Direct a drone over that way, and get the sniper body not being accompanied by a sniper (this isn't Zane) into a position where I can get a sight on that location while staying out of the radius of effect if possible. Recon south itself is to stay just outside of the effect's range and act as an alert if it starts moving.

Recon North: Target the two outside the gate and kill both of them at once, via teleportation of only a thin sliver of their throats if I can manage it - like if you took the throat as a cylinder and divided it into a bunch of circular pieces, I want to take a very thin piece out. Conserves effort and still kills. Do this only after confirming that there are no other visible hostiles (other than the rooftop dude) - if there are, target and kill them as well, whether by teleportation, stupidly accurate pistol shots due to using my psychic range finder as an aimbot, or whatever. Just so long as I manage to kill all of them at once, preferably without too much noise. Then proceed inward and kill everyone inside, if I still have time that turn.

Snipers: Snipe the dude on the rooftop Recon North is looking at, and continue to keep an eye out for other hostiles. Trap the places they're in with the mines if they haven't already. As mentioned in Recon South, if it's possible to get the sniper unaccompanied by a drone operator into a position where he can see the epicentre of the 'crazy' effect, do so.

Drones: How many of these things do I have active anyway? Could I have a list of equipment I have at the moment, if that's alright? I can keep track of it and repost it with each subsequent turn after that.

Anyway, assuming I have three for the moment, as mentioned in Recon South one of them goes to the calculated epicentre of the 'crazy' effect to see what the fuck's going on there, one goes to check out those explosions, and the third ... go high up and see if I can spot any anomalous effects being deployed or buildings being destroyed or what have you.
