So obviously A would be monumentally stupid; a crusade into an unknown country featuring a three-month march through (sparsely/uninhabited) terrain- the supply lines would be nightmarish.
As for D... well, I'd rather not remind the Khanate that we exist. Live and let live and don't owe favours to a bunch of ruthless horse-archers, as I always say.
That leaves C and B as viable options. I would say that B is dishonorable, except that it's basically what they've been doing to us. So yeah, screw it, let's send some adventurers to assassinate some of them, see how they like it.

They've therefore decided to ask you to decide for them.
