Don't fight the peeps with the nukes, negotiate. Maybe we can find a way of outbidding the Parsians or find out more about the Sorceress to neutralise her otherwise.

I went back and looked it up. Apparently Houlandin three was actually that dumb. Good job voters back then.

Back then, nobody KNEW about the horrendous consequences in a fantasy world--other than it is interactive with the slight hint that consequences in the future may be dire.
So passive-aggressiveness about being unknowledgeable isn't warranted. Because we didn't HAVE that knowledge. Ya silly.

Also how are we sure that the sorceress isn't from Parsia? It's pretty much them that caused all this ruckus as far as I know, so why are we offering more payment?

The word spreads from commanders to officers to enlisted men, and many do not take your mood swings lightly. There is a riot in the camp! Your loyal soldiers and guards attempt to bring down hammer of discipline upon the rioters.
