He thinks for a while, grunts, thinks a bit more, and then manages to shout back in low, guttural, raspy voice:

"You, give land! Me, give peace!"

It seems that the Fomorians want to settle down here and make some sort of autonomous tribe hunting grounds maybe?

A) "This is absurd, I won't be giving away part of my Kingdom!!"
B) "You have razed the homes of my subjects, if you want peace, pay for the damage you've done!"

Lest we not forget several crucial details about them: A, and B (for battle roll), plus possible culture.
We CAN send envoys, but we should remember that rolls have no decrement--we just rolled REALLY BAD at those. (We both rolled 1...and thus ended with heads rolling.)
