We're a Queen and thus not actually trained for war, so probably best we stay away from the battlefield. In fact, that's not that bad of an idea for the rest of the Houlandines either, given their disastrously short average life expectancy.

Yeah, but we got the option on our first campaign. I was pleasantly surprised by the gender equality on display at the time.

A) Ask if instead King Anktuk contemplated taking Aife as wife instead.
B) Reject the proposal.
C) Accept the offer and inform Eirike she will be moving north.
D) Summon Eirike and ask her if she is interested.

Hmm. We have the option here of (potentially) achieving a personal union with Dahnia by chosing A. Which might, in due course, lead to their gradual integration into our kingdom. I'm guessing Anktuk wouldn't be in to that, though.

Anyway. Anktuk seems like a stand up guy, I see no reason why we would decline. Some people might worry about 'what she wants', but this is the price nobility has to pay. It's a pretty cheap one considering that their lives are probably 100 times better than that of peasants. Peasants get to marry for love. Nobles marry for convenience.
