C) Let all of them go if they can pay a fine or work their sentence with manual labor.

The Army was met by a 8000 strong force of horse archers and light cavalry that have dealt a terrible defeat to the Army, sending it eastwards in three groups. The Army is camping near the city of Gzim while a request for reinforcements came from the commanders in the west.

A) Announce an emergency mobilization and send workless peasants and youth to the war.
B) Reply that you can't do naught to help the Army at the moment.
