...I'll go with B for austerity measures and just-in-case emergencies due to it being SPRING.
We can always do it later anyway, give or take 5 to 10 years for anniversary celebrations.

Also depending on the culture here, it may come off as gloating over an enemy we weren't really against, so that'd rally up some danger we didn't really want. Though this is more me speaking from my culture. x.x

Large part of the Army have returned to the Luathbas heartlands, while a portion of it remained in the conquered cities as a garrison force.

Alas, that does bring a problem never before experienced by Luathbas rulers...
