There's the biggest note that we seem to be going too cautious whenever there's a mention of 'Cataphracts' when it IS HEAVILY NOTED that our 3.5 value army can reasonably, really handle it.
And besiege a city at the same time but yeah.

Also I really want to visit the Parsian King's doorstep and given our Sun Tzu-like King, we can do this.
Also our crossbowmen.

They delegation arrives at your tent the same evening, and they sit down on the rug.

A) Offer to give the city vast priviledges if they surrender and become your subjects.
