Yeah, the principal, and our seven army and martial leader. Parsia is still fucked from our last war probably, the Kiwi are busy with the horsemen probably. This is probably our best chance to push back the Republic. War here would be great. We won't have our special units from the last war, but they won't get the anti non human bonus or the crossbow bonus (at least, not if we don't also get it) anymore, so we should be even.
