The Marshal writes that the Army is having trouble progressing deeper into Parsia. He requests you to specify their next long-term strategy and whether you're willing to call emergency mobilization of farmers for six months.

"Mobilization at this time of year would have minimal impact on harvest, as it's already underway." Says the advisor. As for the strategy...

A) The Army should retreat toward the border with Augas and entrench themselves there.
B) The Army should dig in and prepare for inevitable attempt by Parsians to kick them outta Parsia.
C) The Army should push forward and do not stop till they see the palace of Parsian Kings!

As for the mobilization...

A) Yes, let's, the Army has been fighting for a long time and surely needs fresh meat.
B) Naw, they can prevail without reinforcements!

We should've led this army. We have crossbows, which gives our peasant conscripts some sort of edge; their main weapon is their elite Cataphracts. We lack possible neighboring enemies (Kiwi is down and plagued, Damdamian Republic is republicking down south, North seems OK). I am really unsure why the Parsians have civil wars like it was a past time ._.
