Since we've got more money than soldiers, we could also finance their enemies and offer to pay some to that country on the other side of Parsia if they join us.

"All that we need is your signage on all these scrolls." Adds the advisor.

A) Sign the papers and begin re-organization of the Luathbas Army.
B) Reject such a costly and time-consuming proposal and ask if they can do better.
