Charlotte circles Frisk, preparing to swipe at anyone stupid enough to attack them. She also readies the Tootalin, commanding it to swipe at anything that draws a weapon near Frisk except her allies.
Translation: Attack Order at anything that attempts to attack Frisk.

Anna is similarly protective of Frisk, or really anybody but Zingleborg.  (Standing order to heal/counterattack.)

Yian Garuga narrows its eyes. So, it was finally down to this.

Good. Garuga was getting sick of doing nothing. It returns to its true size then and there to execute a Tail Flip on Solangre.

Drift along with the crowd. May as well.

Vi continues to stay immersed in the crowd, staying practically invisible. As the Kolinquo stand up around her and being their ominous morphemic chant, which gives off a high level of emotional energy, perhaps even something that transcends mere emotion, some sort of spiritual connection being formed. If you believe all that stuff, that is. Whatever it is, it sure is exotically tasty to a being that feeds off of this sort of output.

Frisk looks away from the sacrifice, and proceeds to..

>ACT >
>SOLANGRE>
>PERSUADE

Charlotte circles Frisk, preparing to swipe at anyone stupid enough to attack them. She also readies the Tootalin, commanding it to swipe at anything that draws a weapon near Frisk except her allies.
Translation: Attack Order at anything that attempts to attack Frisk.

Frisk does their best to convince Solangre not to fight/ [Persuasion: N/A] At the bottom of the pyramid, they are too far away to properly communicate with the God. If they could get within talking distance, they could have a shot at more success.
Charlotte covers Frisk to the best of her ability and pulls out her mace, holding aloft to deter anyone from attacking them. She kicks her heel into the Tootalin, putting it into a more aggressive state. The giant bird claws at the ground with the talons and begins to caw at the nearby armed Kolinquo. Because the fighting has not started yet, they are confused as to why the bird is now in a fighting posture.

As soon as the battle starts, Wario uses Mega Microgame.

With the fighting commencing, Wario activates another Mega Microgame. A giant set of black text in a wonky font appears in the sky like the typing of a higher entity who was tripping mad balls. Steal the Golden Monkey Artifact! (3 Turns Remaining) Solangre looks up to stare at this phenomena, "What in damnation is that? What's going on?" Lady Tepiani similarly stops her trek and is momentarily distracted by the text.

Ulibossk gives Logan a death glare, before saying:

<It would be better to start now. We dont know what kind of effect the sacrifice will have on his strength.>

Ulibossk orders his thrall to shoot at the High Priests chest, before casting mind flay on Solangre.
Illk het belu epa, dan nangihyt htat patstemt ot otps ouy.
Zingleborg has his Elemental Attack Solangre, Then Goes on to try Shooting (2) magic Missiles at the Over-Developed Blue Ape.
locking on to the monkey idol, weakened by it's mark of the end, he fires a snap-shot at it, followed by a second shot aimed at one of solangre's rear legs.
Nix draws his shredder and takes aim at Solangre, whilst using his omni-directional vision to keep an eye on the crowd.
Attempt to use Magic to grab Solangre's sword, before flying up to higher ground, like to a support beam or something.
<Very well.>

i am the fire that protects
i am the blade of the weak
i am the refuge of the broken
Though my enemy be the fiercer flame, the greater blaze, a god, a sun
i will do my duty.

Come out of hiding and burn Solangre's spirit.
"THE END."

The End uses another Mark of the End on the amulet.
"Do you guys have no idea about dramatic timing? Ugh fine."
Guiding strike the monkey.
Yian Garuga narrows its eyes. So, it was finally down to this.

Good. Garuga was getting sick of doing nothing. It returns to its true size then and there to execute a Tail Flip on Solangre.
Anna is similarly protective of Frisk, or really anybody but Zingleborg.  (Standing order to heal/counterattack.)

Ulibossk starts off the proper fighting, and while Solangre is looking up at the sky, commands his Kolinquo thrall to fire an arrow at his own God. Without resistance the thrall knocks an arrow into his bow and aims it at Solangre. [1 vs. 6+2] The arrow hits a pillar next to Solangre and bounces off harmlessly. The Sun and Blood God now takes notice of the attack. Ulibossk immediately follows this up by channeling Mind Flay at Solangre. [2+1 vs. 6] Solangre's mind is blasted with a sharp mental attack, but he quickly shrugs it off. "Another insurrection? Against me? What are you people hoping for?"

Zingleborg orders the Crystal Elemental to assault Solangre. The crystalline structure charges up the temple steps, though because of its composition and size, it isn't the fastest attack in the world. [Speed: 9-2] Lady Tepiani and her servants dive out of the way, onto the side of the temple as the elemental runs past, hurdling over the sacrificial cow and making it most of the way to the top where Solangre stands. The mage fires precisely two Magical Missiles at Solangre, [1 vs. 6] [3-1 vs. 7] both of which slam into the side of the temple and not loose some stone.

Bastion locks onto Solangre's golden idol and fires a single shot at its center, followed by a second shot to one of the god's rear legs. [N/A] The gun fires, and what should be surefire hits result in nothing. This doesn't make sense, as the gun went off and everything, and it didn't look like a miss, even if there had been a misfire Bastion would have seen the bullets ricocheting. Something was off about this rifle that Woodsworth had given him.

Nix pulls out his Shredder and aims it for Solangre, ensuring better odds of a hit when he fired. His three-hundred sixty degree view lets him keep an eye out on the crowd around him.

Twilight Sparkle uses Telekinesis to try and wrench Solangre's blade out of his grip. [3+3 vs. 2+2] A magical aura surrounds the knife and Solangre wraps his fist around it, entering a battle of strength against Twilight's magical prowess, but eventually she wins out and wrenches the knife from his hand, causing it to fly down the temple steps and land several feet away from him. She then takes to the air and flies towards Solangre, landing atop the open roof above his altar. Before she can make another move, she hears something hissing...

H.E.F.A. appears out of thin air and sets Solangre's spirit ablaze. [8 vs. 10] Solangre flinches but her efforts are repelled, Solangre's body shining golden for a brief second, causing her attacks to cease. No doubt, the power of that artifact had something to do with this.

The End places another Mark of The End on the Golden Monkey Artifact, [10 vs. 3] further enshrouding it in a dark aura.

Samson fires a Guiding Shot at the Golden Monkey Artifact, heavily tainted by the Marks of the End. [4 vs. 6+2] Solangre spots Samson and rolls to the side, the sniper bullet hits the edge of the altar and ricochets into the sky.

Garuga reverts to its normal size and roars, trampling towards the temple and racing up its many steps. [Speed: 7] The dragon does not make it far enough to strike at Solangre immediately, but it manages to get just behind the Crystal Elemental.

Mega follows immediately behind Garuga running up the steps, getting into something of a race with the dragon. [Speed: 1] Mega, in an attempt to beat Garuga and show off her ability, attempts to vault over the confused cow standing in the middle of the temple steps. She fails and falls backwards, rolling down several steps and coming to a stop back where she had started. She's bruised a bit, but nothing she can't just brush off and resume fighting at 100%.

Anna stands by Frisk and remains ready to assist.

Zara stands by as well to commence the healing.

Twilight Sparkle finds the origin of the hissing, in one of those large salamander creature's clinging to the side of the roof, at a near ninety degree angle to the ground. On top of it is a rider in a set of nearly full black armor, closer to a knight than what the previous Kolinquo's had worn, his spear is not coated in the same purple material is before, but on its shaft is wrapped several barbed, bone-like lengths that extend past the tip, crackling with electrical energy. [7 vs. 4] The lizard suddenly extends a long tongue that snares around Twilight's front legs, constricting them like a tight rope. She pulls away, but the tensile strength of the tongue causes her to lurch forward, as the rider thrusts the electrical spear. [9 vs. 8] Twilight struggles enough that it causes him to mostly miss, and just the edge of a barb connects with the tip of her left wing, giving it a painful jolt like an amplified electric shock.

Topilizin's guards don't take too long to realize their is an attack as they gather up their arms; Topilizin himself flees into the crowd, screaming. They begin to strike at random Cazadores without much discrimination between them. One rushes after Kyle, thrusting his spear at his rifle, [10 vs. 10-2(Suit Penalty)] and smashes the tip against the gun. Rifle manages to hold onto the gun with one hand, but the attack does leave him slightly off balance.

A handful of guards, noting the danger of an angered Tootalin, rush at the bird. As they approach, Charlotte swings her mace down upon them, [1 vs. 3] flailing it more than properly aiming it at them and striking at nothing. [7 vs. 6] The Tootalin spreads its wings in a show of intimidation and begins to peck at the guards, who thrust at it more in an attempt to drive it away rather than actually trying to damage it. None of the guards are hurt or killed, but they are drive away from the bird, temporarily.

A couple of guards charge Bastion, [5 vs. 6+1] thrusting their spears into him, although they glance off of his metal exterior as his reactive armor goes to work in repelling them.

Ulibossk, Zingleborg, and the End, are all shot at by a unit of archers from the guards. [7 vs. 5] [4 vs. 3] [6 vs. 5] The arrows, fired in a panic, fail to do much substantial damage. One of Ulibossk's face tentacles suffers a minor glancing wound as an arrow skims it while Zingleborg and The End suffer superficial shrapnel damage, but nothing more.

A lone guard attempts to leap on Nix's back as if he were mounting him and draws a dagger-like implement. [3 vs. 5+1+1] Nix's visual field prevents him from being surprise, and instead of landing on Nix the guard catches a tail-blow to the chest that sends him to the ground, stunned.

A handful of guards rush at the fallen Mega and attempt to pin her to the ground. [6 vs. 10+2] You know in movies and television shows when a bunch of people pile on a single person and that person on the bottom suddenly unleashes enough energy and power to throw the entire dog-pile off and spread its participants in all directions? Yeah, that happens.

Solangre bares his fangs and roars, rushing down the steps of his temple to retrieve his knife. He bounds downwards and fetches his blade, only to look up and find the Crystal Elemental standing over him, the both of them equal in size. Solangre sneers like a cat and leaps at the elemental, [8+2 vs. 7] and slams his blade into the "head" of the crystalline figure, causing a single crack to run down the center of the afflicted organ. The Crystal Elemental groans and clutches its wound as if it were in pain while Solangre slips between its legs.

Blade in hand, Solangre runs down to confront Garuga, who roars and flips into the air, whipping its spiked tail at the God. [1 vs. 6+2] The deft Solangre jumps to the side as Garuga's tail comes down, slamming into the spot where Solangre originally stood and demolishing the steps. [4+2 vs. 1] Before Garuga can recover, Solangre leaps at the dragon and drives his unarmed hand into the side of Garuga's skull, and despite the size difference between the two combatants, (with Yian just being one magnitude bigger) the force is great enough that Garuga is sent tumbling over the side of the steps and landing on its back against the left side of the pyramid.

With Garuga out of the way, Solangre leaps several flights down and looks upon the battlefield, watching the guards get entangled with the Cazadores. He notices one of his enemies, the old man waving a stick around, is not being dealt with. Solangre grabs the cow and lifts it above his head with one hand, before launching it at Zingleborg as an improvised missile. [7 vs. 5] The cow misses Zingleborg at first, but it hits the ground in front of him with enough force to rebound back up and smash Zingleborg in the chest, sending him onto his back. The cow lands on its side, squirming and crying incessantly.

Solangre continues to scan the crowd, his eyes locking on H.E.F.A. His voice blasts loud enough to be heard over the commotion, "Fire witch! You're the one who has caused this! I will absorb your very essence, I am the God of all that burns like the Sun!" He drops to all fours like an ape and begins rushing down the steps towards H.E.F.A.'s position.

The Kolinquo citizens have stopped their humming and are screaming and dispersing away from the fighting, though they remain close enough to watch it.

Samson is not entertained by this interruption. He demonstrates this by treating the soldier's head like a T-Ball and going for a home run with his gun.

Bastion would react to Solangre's charge at HEFA's shell and move to intercept it, plowing through guards while the Machina ex Deus shields them from the attack with his own body.

H.E.F.A., though expressionless, seems absolutely defiant as Solangre attempts to attack her.

No.
You are wrong.
You are not a God. You are a Tyrant.
You are a plague to the very world you inhabit.
You are a destroyer. You may be the essence of Fire and Light, but you are also the essence of Death.
And i shall be the one that holds you back.

Garuga rather shakily gets up. That hurt a bit, the fall more so than the blade, but it had taken stronger blows and kept fighting. This time would be no different.

It was, however, annoyed at the ease with which this Solangre had thrown it aside. It looks around, locks onto Solangre once more, and Insta-Charges at him.
