<Comrades, I'm the Kolinquo next to you. If we survive this initial meeting and find a place to openly talk in the next hour, I'll relay all the intel I have gained. Zingleborg, if you need assistance, give a signal.>
Find a secluded spot where I can demorph without drawing attention, and which also provides a clear line of fire to anyone in front of the Cazadores. If that is not possible, just stick close without appearing inconspicuous.
Nix slips away from the rest of the group and out of the sight of anyone in the nearby area. [Stealth: 5] Under the guise of a Kolinquo man, he goes down the road towards one of the aristocratic houses and leaps behind some trimmed hedges and reverts back to his Andalite form. As he walks out from the shrubbery, he's spotted by a pair of rich Kolinquo socializing, sitting in chairs on the patio of the house on the opposite side of the road. They've noticed that a man stepped out of the bushes, and a not-man-at-all has exited from the same place. Nix's current location is about fifty yards to the East of the pyramid, giving him line-of-sight with everyone in front of the Cazadores and behind them, the priests and guards respectively. However, those two Kolinquo socialites nearby have their eyes fixed on him now, and are loudly conversing about him.
H.E.F.A. crosses her arms and looks down, before flying through the doors in her spirit form, just to find where Solangre is.
H.E.F.A. exits her robot body, which powers down, slumping over like a half-conscious drunkard who is somehow still on their feet. The anthropomorphic fire-being passes through the metal doors and enters a corridor tall and wide, one that would be pitch black were it not for the frequent torches set against the walls, coming in pairs on each side. [Perception: 7] Further into the pyramid, H.E.F.A. would find that the corridors are not uniform, and greatly vary in size and design, and overall were oddly peculiar, as if they were set up to inconvenience invaders. It wouldn't surprise H.E.F.A. if there were any traps or other sorts of defensive systems in place, but at the moment they were more focused on finding Solangre. Towards the end of the flight of stairs, she hears the movement of objects that sound either metallic or fleshy in the upper room, as well as heavy, low breathing.
Yian Garuga watches the discussion within the group for now, and snorts in an annoyed fashion. Its particular set of skills was functionally useless in a situation like this.
It instead chooses to take a look around.
Garuga looks around in the immediate area. It's in the midst of the Cazadores, with fifty armed guards behind them and a pyramid of priests in front of them. To the East are a row of several more pyramids and houses, before leading up to the ultimate location, Solangre's Temple. All in all, not too much to see at the moment beyond what has already been discovered. Maybe the interior of the Clergy Temple would be interesting, provided one could manage to get in some way.
".....if I find a place to fly this bird, perhaps that will be unnecessary."
Charlotte looks up at the pyramid, looking around for an angle of attack.
Charlotte looks up at Solangre's abode. It didn't look like there were any ways in or out of the pyramid besides the front doors, at least from looking at it from a head-on angle. Right above the altar and the doors was an "open roof", a structure based on the foundations of stone pillars that formed a rectangular roof that lacked a center, as if someone had drilled a gigantic hole in the middle of it. It's like a tribal-era sunroof. If you could get on top of this roof, they would have a clear line of sight down onto the altar or anyone that walked in or out of those doors.
The High Priest's peer down upon the Cazadores as they discuss and debate their course of action in alien tongues. "Have your people reached a decision? Will there be a sacrifice for our savior?"
