((Good to know. If there was a big controversy, I would have heard about it yesterday.))

Offer them each a glass of a local drink, Rwandan Flower Wine, which contains secret ingredients to help calm the drinker such as crushed amethyst, dandelion wine and just the right amount of marijuana.
I desire, for whatever reason, to create Space Louisiana.

((I'm not sure whether our communicators works through telepathy or talking, and TCM is unfortunately not around to ask. I'll assume telepathy, for now.))

Suddenly, the rest of the Cazadores can hear Wario's voice emanating from their communicators, perfectly clear—if a bit quiet; he's whispering—despite the substantial distance. "Hey, losers! There are, like, fifty armed dudes up here, so you might wanna take a break from being complete morons. Just a tip from your old pal Wario!"

So does The End, who promptly moves towards Wario.

<Come, definently come. You have a flame thrower after all.>
He pauses and looks to the group.
"That probably looked really weird to you guys."

((this is being broadcast to everyone, not just H.E.F.A., if that wasn't obvious))

((also apparently it works by talking))

"Friendly, for the moment, but I don't expect that to last for long, with you schmucks running around."

Wario pauses.

<Shall I come with you or stay at a distance?>
"Uh, are you asking me? Well... gotta say, I'd feel safer if there were more dudes around to take arrows, and you aren't a total moron, so... sure, I guess."

<Affirmative. I will be arriving momentarily.> H.E.F.A. places the large flamethrower back on her back and marches northwards.

Frisk tries to talk to the Kolinquo, their voice caught up in their chest and their speech coming out in tears. Yet again, the man just stares as if he is eternally focused on something a thousand miles in the distance.
Anna walks up to the rider and attempts to heal him, focusing her energies on healing of his wounds. [Auto-Success(?)] It works, in a literal sense but the man had few wounds to begin with if any. It appears he is not wounded, but lost, imprisoned somewhere else as if his soul or mind was being held hostage in another place, leaving behind this shell.
Anna stays with Frisk, attempting to seek the man's soul and return it to its proper place.

Charlotte, who saw the whole thing, is rather.....disquieted and horrified. However, for the mission's sake- albeit a rather quickly disintegrating one- she holds her tongue. It's clear she's still disgusted.

>What have I walked myself into....<
Seeing the now riderless bird, she closes her eyes and walks over to it, reaching out to quiet it down, taking out the corn she had taken earlier as a bait.
"Ssh, ssh, it's okay...."
Action: Tame the bird.
Frisk picks themselves up, and realises that they can still help, even if not the citizen directly. They ACT > COMFORT the bird, helping Charlotte in the process of calming it down.
Twilight goes over to help as well, trying all of the tactics she learned in Equestria to try and help it calm down.
Anna stays with Frisk, attempting to seek the man's soul and return it to its proper place.
Nix, in all of this commotion, places his hand on the mentally destroyed Kolinquo and gently absorbs his DNA.
Yian Garuga runs away back towards where the negotiations were taking place. It was not dealing with screaming humans, especially not now of all times.

Charlotte turns her attention to the giant bird and works her taming charms. [Beast Taming: 1+2] The animals responds positively at first to her soft words and stroking of its feathers, but when she touches the nape of its neck, it sqawks at her and trots a few feet a way, looking back at her with suspicion. Twilight and Frisk combine their efforts to calm down the beast. [Combined Action: (5+3)/2] The bird allows them to approach, but when either of them go to touch it, it ruffles it feathers and walks off. It is clear that it is sensitive in certain spots and still shaken up by the odd behavior of its rider.

Anna stays behind as well, searching for the bird-rider's soul, which clearly does not inhabit his body at the moment. She can't sense it within him, but it is nearby, specifically she feels something akin to his presence coming from Ulibossk.

Nix places his palm on the head of the rider and begins to absorb some of his DNA signature. [Auto-Success] The man offers no resistance, physically or mentally, so Nix easily gets what he needs to.

Yian lets the screaming woman do as she will and comes back out to rejoin the rest of the Cazadores in the middle of the road. The giant bird seems unsettled by the dragon.

Everyone else walks down the road to rejoin Wario and Zingleborg, including the archer who picks up his bow and shambles behind him, his mount further anxious from the abandonment. The road leads to the suburban area of homes and people, where the Kolinquo Administrator and his forces stand not too far down the road. The tribespeople begin to further come out of their homes to stare at all the odd Cazadores approaching, and much pointing and indecipherable whispering commences around them. Topilzin Sqyur appears both amused and nervous by the arrival of more people, "So many strange-looking folk you bring with you! Tell you what Wario, would you like to be escorted to the capital as my guests?"
When Zingleborg attempts to move down the road by his self, Topilzin stands in his path and grips his shoulder, "Just wait a minute old man, I'm not going to let you wander away from your people, you'd get lost!"

Because trying to stuff Fate/Whatever's engrish and the title of a 17th century book on statecraft into Pokemon syntax tends to make the content incomprehensible.

"That's it.....easy now...."
Charlotte continues stroking its head feathers and forehead instead of going for the neck. She attempts to fully tame the beast.

Mega stares at all the archers and is in that moment glad for her short height. She mumbles something to Wario.
"Well, it'd get us there quicker. Should we try to stall for the others though...?"
