Everyone makes it through the fence, especially after Wario smashes through it like a football player on cocaine and Ulibossk finishes the job by tearing up the rest of the fence with his tentacles until it's a pile of scrapped wood. Who needs barriers anyways?
The maize field is amazing in its scope, stretching out far and long into the distance, filled with the multi-colored crop. There doesn't seem to be anything special about it otherwise besides it containing corn and the people harvesting it.
Bastion does his best to remain hidden from anyone and succeeds to the best of his knowledge.
Frisk (and Anna by extension), Twilight Charlotte, Mega and The Mage all make a beeline to the nearest laborer. Brushing past the corn, they encounter a man who's skin has been darkened by long exposure to the sun, his unkempt black hair coming down to his back and his eyes sunken. Upon closer examination, he's rather gaunt, and his apparel consists of a pair of simple, soil-caked trousers and nothing else. He wields a sickle-like tool in his hand, felling the stalks of maize around him, picking up the loose corns and depositing them into a woven basket next to his feet. When the Cazadores approach him, he is not surprised nor scared, just tired. As people begin their introductions, the laborer looks around anxiously, as if he's worried that someone might catch him socializing with these alien folk. Twilight asks if the man belongs to the Kolinquo, and shakes his head while looking to the ground.
