He grunted, glancing over to BE.
 "My.. friend? Why?"

"Her training, is only as a villain. Her path, is her own. She is scared. Her powers are her fear. She needs to learn control, confidence, ego. Her powers will consume her if she fears them." The unit turns away, a different one continuing, "She will be taught to control, think, plan. She will be trained to dominate, abuse, betray. Ultimately, she will choose which path to follow in the end. It will not be her grandmother's. She is not evil."

"You know, there's a song, We Shall Overcome, back in the way old days, before all this.  It wasn't villains that wrote it.  If she needs to overcome her fears, why not teach her courage, bravery, strength of will and heart?  Why teach her weakness?  Why teach her mistrust?  She knows these things already, why force more upon her?  You say her path will not be her grandmother's, but you harry her towards it in the guise of driving her away."

Lillian closes her eyes, turning towards REM and Daedalus. Her expression is calm, but the tensed temple and pursed lip tells a different tale.
"We were simply inquiring about courses, sir. We shall be going now. Apologies for taking up your time."
The slightly harder tone of her voice, and her glances towards Argus and Radia, signal that she wants to leave.

Argus shrugs at Lillian.  He's staying.  She can do whatever she wants with her time.

"Yes. We were going to see Valencia to talk about the courses."
Lillian calmly walks out, with or without Argus. She only needs one of them for her to put her plan into action.

Léa exits her room, eyes still a bit watery. Kyle would also leave, and she heads back to the cafeteria. Whether or not Kyle follows her.

'What is it?  You really need to talk to people if you have plans.'

Kyle considers following her but after a moment of thought goes back to relax in the garden a little.

'If you want to talk about it, leave the room. They've made it clear as day this is not up for negotiation.'
