Lea shoots webs around the room, flying from wall to wall, before ending up behind Calamity. She then uses her legs to leap and grab Calamity from behind, tearing into her with her maw.

Valencia gathers all of her strength and releases a dark mist into the surrounding area. While it appears to Kohaku, Kyle, and Lea to be hindering their sight, they can still see Calamity as clear as day! Calamity seems to be confused, looking around for her enemies.

Calamity grunts at the dark mist, ejecting the magazines on her dual trench pistols. As she loads the new clips, the dark mist is quickly absorbed into her weapons! Valencia is taken by surprise at the sudden dispersal of her mist.

Kohaku attempts to take advantage of the sudden cover charging at Calamity, blade drawn to the side. He swings his sword upward when he gets into range, his blade catching Calamity's weapons squarely. It's not enough to knock her off balance, but his attack does make her take a few steps back.

Kyle charges forward, getting between Kohaku and Calamity as Kohaku lands back on the ground. He smirks at calamity after asking her if she named like Calamity Anne.

Lea, using Valencia's fleeting Mist, quickly uses her webbing to get behind Calamity. With her fast Reflexes, She attempts to grapple Calamity, which works! With the new opening, she tears into Calamity, rending her with her maw!

Lea triggers her poison glands, leaking them into Calamity's veins. She also activates her own stealth, shrouding herself in the ambient shadows surrounding her. Her other arms are used to hold Calamity back, and tear into her with claws.

Kohaku darts past Kyle back into melee range. With a grunt of effort, he delivers three slashes from three different directions near-simultaneously.

BE glances at Soul.

Kyle isn't one for fancy moves. He just punts Calamity in the crotch.

BE growls irritably and looks forward again.

Soul frowns looking a little hurt to be honest.

Calamity does her best to shake off Lea, launching herself and lea backwards with surprising force. They slam into a wall, knocking the breath out of lea and harming her while letting Calamity escape!

Kohaku darts past Kyle, using Lea's diversion to get up close and personal with Calamity. Calamity looks somewhat surprised as two of the three slashes hit their mark, the third quickly being deflected by one of Calamity's weapons.

Kyle, being the coarse individual that he is, rushes up to Calamity after Kohaku's attack and promptly swings his right foot towards Calamity's groin... only for Calamity to slam her weapon into Kyle's leg, making Kyle tilt forward into Calamity, "How impolite, shouldn't you take me on a date first?" Calamity pulls the trigger on her free weapon, blasting Kyle in the stomach with several shadow imbued bullets, knocking him off of her and making him stumble back.

Lea, recovering quickly from the stagger Calamity caused her, launches herself back onto the distracted Calamity, sinking her fangs into Calamity, and injecting severe poison into her veins. Calamity quickly responds this time by breaking the sudden grapple by ejecting her magazines, causing Valencia's shadow fog to reappear. This time however, The party's vision is obscured, Calamity having disappeared.

Valencia, trying to get over her shock at her fog reappearing, attempts to end it. It succeeds, but as the cloud disperses, Calamity comes out of it with an uppercut to Valencia, sending her flying into a wall. Calamity laughs and reloads her magazine, the green veins in her spider bite disappearing.

Kohaku steps back and inhales deeply, closing his eyes. Then raises his blade above his head. He starts a short chant in Japanese. ["The descendant of the blade that slew demon kings. . .] The blade floats up into the space above his head and starts to spin. . .

Kyle gaurds Kohaku while the latter is doing something stupid. At least as far a Kyle can tell. He doesn’t understand Japanese or flashy moves.
