[Rage Roll: 5 + 4 = 9 – 1 = 8, Mixed Result] You smack him upside the head with the tire iron, the jolt riding up your arm. He screams and crawls away, holding his jaw. You lean over the counter and grab a wad of cash from the till. You run out, stuffing the bills into your bag.
”Goddammit, it hurts! Where is it, where did it go...”You dive into the Fiesta. The keys drop down from the sunscreen into your hand and you thrust them into the ignition. The engine rumbles but splutters at the last second. You look back at the door and see a silhouette holding a shotgun.
”Breath in, count to three, breath out.”The backwindow explodes and shards rain on the seats. You duck behind the wheel and turn the keys as hard as you can. The engine starts up with a purr. You stamp on the accelerator and turn towards the exit.
”No, no, you’re not getting away from me, fucker! You hear the pump slide back. The passenger window shatters and sprays glass all over you. You scream and the car swerves back and forth, clipping the mirror on a wall. Finally you’re on the road. The silhouette, fading in the blizzard, rests the shotgun on his shoulder.
”License plate, 46R-AK-95.”You drive. You don’t know far or how long. The blizzard means you can’t see five feet in front of you. The wind blows in from the shattered windows and you’re freezing. You’re on a highway out of town. There’s an SUV ahead of you, and as soon as you get close you realize the driver is… in an intimate situation with the passenger. You close your eyes and try to tune out of it, but it’s too much and considering how five minutes ago you almost got your head blown off and you can’t even think straight right now and you can hear them at it and
”Ooh, that’s the stuff, that’s the stuff… Shit, he looked a lot prettier at the truck stop.”You pull over, lean out the passenger window, and puke for a whole minute. Stupid, stupid, childish tears.
Then you burst into childish tears.

Your Numbers
Charm (+1), Calm (0=), Rage (-1), Wise (+1), Creepy (+1)
So, judging by how this is developing, here’s a few rules so that we have a system in place.
Basically, I roll two six-sided dice and add whatever Number (see below) is appropriate to the result. If the result is 10+, it’s a complete success. If the result is 7-9, it’s an imperfect success. If the result is a miss, prepare for the worst.
Your numbers are as follows:
Charm is for seducing/manipulating people,
Calm is for keeping your cool in tense situations,
Rage is for fucking people up,
Wise is for reading situations,
Creepy is for utilizing weird powers.
Special note for creepy: while you can read what people are thinking at this very moment without a roll, if you want to dive into their memories or read their intentions or maybe introduce thoughts into their brain, you’ll need to roll.
If you're not happy with the numbers our starting character has, don't worry - I've got a feeling this won't be the only PC we'll have.
