Hiroaki, disturbed by the sudden disappearance of their opponent, shakes his head.
"Well, that's not a good sign. Not at all."Shaking their head, Hiroaki turns their palm to Carrot Bishop and blasts them with a burst of light!
Carrot Bishop, however,
dodges the strike by crouching, barely, and attempts to retaliate with a blast of hazardous poison. However, Hiroaki is too far away to be afflicted.
Kotaro attempts to break out of the whirlpool. However, they fail to do so, and the whirlpool damages his body, eating away at his armor with the sheer speed of the maelstrom.
”Ah! I’m trapped! Help!”Kazane attempts a ranged attack, pointing her palm out just like Hiroaki….before nothing comes out. Their armament, it seems, doesn’t include a ranged attack in and of itself. Instead, they attempt to move into Carrot Bishop’s range.
Suddenly, from the sky, Ruy is struck by a silver blur, as Steel Kestrel slams a foot into Ruy’s chest! Ruy is knocked back by the attack, his armor
broken by the strike as it clatters off his chest in shards, forcing him into a pile of sand sitting near where the school gates would’ve been. Ruy is
stunned by the force of the attack!
”Nothing like a good hit to take you down a notch!”They whirl around and deliver a spinning kick to Hiroaki’s side, sending him scrambling. Unlike Ruy, they aren’t so badly injured, but the attack still clearly hurts.
Yuzuki surges in at the distracted Carrot Bishop, taking advantage of the distraction caused by Hiroaki’s earlier attack and deliver a powerful punch with her fist. While their defences are still rather strong, the attack nonetheless stings a little, causing Carrot Bishop to shudder with the force of the blow. A small, pitiful squeak can be heard, as if they were attempting to hold in the pain. Her opponent retaliates with a burst of gas in Yuzuki’s eyes, sending her staggering in pain and teary eyes.
Ruy attempts to pull himself to his feet, his sheer willpower allowing him to
cancel his stun and shake himself back to some semblance of capability. Charging at Carrot Bishop, Ruy thrusts his swords with a roar into their head, plunging past their defences! The attack causes another held back squeal of pain, as Carrot Bishop retaliates by gassing Ruy! This time, he’s luckier, and jumps backwards to avoid being gassed and afflicted with the same attack as his teammates!
Makoto roars in pain, raising his claws as they begin to swirl with red energy,
increasing their damage output for a turn!Carrot Bishop lashes out with more bursts of gas. This time, they go for Hiroki, blasting gas in her face! Umbral Knight is sent staggering as they cough and wave the gas away, feeling their
strength, dexterity and constitution drain away. However, their wild shots do hit Carrot Bishop in the torso, shoving them back a little. The small movement allows Ruy a moment of warning, allowing him to avoid a burst of gas in his face from Carrot Bishop, allowing him to retaliate with a slash to their right arm!
Hiroki attempts to retaliate by shooting Carrot Bishop’s legs out. However, with the effects of the gas on her senses, her shot goes far wide, her barrage landing upon the nearby building, pulverising the unfortunate wall. Carrot Bishop attempts to retaliate with another spurt of gas, but this also goes wide, as Hiroki manages to fly backwards slightly despite her deadened senses.
Midori, recovering slightly from the gas, attempts to smash Carrot Bishop with a powerful blow from her club, swatting as hard as they can. Her sword clangs upon Carrot Bishop’s armor, causing them to reverberate slightly. They blast Midori with more gas in retaliation, causing more damage to her systems.
Ocean Duke wails repeatedly upon Giallo with watery appendages, swatting slowly and slowly away at the boy’s defences. His torso chips slightly from the force of the blows, but nothing too serious yet.
Giallo is amused by his opponent’s attempts at hurting him.
"Now then, why don't you try and see what damage you'll be doing now?" With that taunt, they press their arms together, forming a powerful bulwark that
increases his defences!
