Only the biggest difference ever. If we stick to natural evo, we go Queen. If we add some Phazon, we go Prime and Prime Core. As a Prime, we can shift our immunity to one beam at a time (Samus, I mean). As Prime Core, only pure Phazon can hurt us, and just being near us can kill someone.
