Then we shall find means that not of a Mortal and achieve it!

For we have sworn an Oath and we'll see it through if it takes us until Ragnarok to get it.

Our Settlement still needs our help!

Mímirsen's revelation is more stunning even than the the sight of Yggdrasil.

"Not...dead?

And now I have to start the Ragnarok by my own means and kill the gods, for there was no wrong to be put right in the first place, or I'm bound to Nifelhel?... I'm starting to think that if there was ever someone in need of a drink from the Well of Wisdom, it is this one before you...

...Still, if that is to be my fate, so be it. If I must choose between climbing that and facing Ice Giants, Muspellheimar, Dvergr, Ljolsalfar and the Gods themselves, or just giving up and meekly head to Nifelhel... well, that's not much of a choice, is it?" Finish with our voice creeping towards despair.
Then we shall find means that not of a Mortal and achieve it!

For we have sworn an Oath and we'll see it through if it takes us until Ragnarok to get it.

Our Settlement still needs our help!

((Thanks for the +1, but I think the brain switch might be defective. I made corrections to my text which aren't reflected on your quote, please copy and paste it as newly edited. :)
Or delete the quote altogether and try something like "^+1". ;)
Or, you know, never mind.... :'( ))

"Drink from the Well? Well, im not my father, so sacrificing an eye won't get you there. Going back to Hél might not be the dumbest choice. Hel herself always looks forward to spit into the soup of the gods or You could demand a holmgang beause you blindly swore an oath under wrong information.

Alternatively you could give in and see what is done as done, go to Nifelhel and make a deal with Hel to let you leave anyway...what she might ask however is beyond me."

((I'm tempted to go have a chat with Hel, get some allies, and kickstart the early access Ragnarok; however Ghazkull is opening options to get back to the original plot.

In the latter case it's another duel, this time against a god (not that we weren't willing to go at them anyway, we could possibly even manage to get a champion) or making a deal with Hel. I don't see what we could offer that isn't already hers if we break the vow, except maybe the chance to gainsay another god...
I'm tempted, but I'll leave the decision for others.))

"I'm sorry, that was just a figure of speech... wait, wasn't that water you gave me from the well?"

A reminder: apparently the other god is either Odin himself, or Hel's uncle. Or Loki, Hel's dad, putting us up for one of his pranks...

((We could go back to the original plot. Though calling Odin out on false information seems like it'll be great.))

((Personally, I feel like going to the orignal plot is the best action. Right now, we are simply too weak to make an impact.))

Tis not giving up, Tis a tactical withdraw! Plus like, we're totally needed in our settlement still.

((Of course we could get Odin to throw us back to midgard as well, and we may get some extra bonuses out of it.

So you know what, lets go duel Odin or something :P ))
