Youd only need two if someone tried to kill you wed know who most likely done it. Anyone trying to frame someone else and they'd have someone to vouch for them.

-Examine the walls and floors try and note if i see anything odd look over the monokuma report maybe there's something I missed see if it gives a detailed look at the body or something and the wound it might help identify them....
