Captain Praven has upgraded the Chaos Cannon, renaming it to the Vae Horrendi. (Captain Praven: -113E) The upgrades mostly involve preventing other gods from using it, making it Eldritch, and binding it to the Ebrius Praedonus. Captain Praven has also extensively repaired and upgraded the Ebrius Praedonus and the Pravanese Navy. (Captain Praven: -15E) Four attempts to grab the Ebrius Praedonus, but Praven almost effortly retains control over it. Another shot fires, narrowly missing Four and causing a massive forest fire! A giant tree has arrived and has begun deftly bringing down the Pravanese Navy. The ghosts of the Navy are starting to rapidly fade away after having spent so much time in the material world. Something new seems to have begun attacking Four. Four has picked it up and other ships and tossed it at the Pravanese Navy, taking out many ships along the way! Four has also used some of the ships as shielding. Suddenly, purple streaks weave through the Pravanese Navy! Deflecting attacks from Four and the giant tree, they blur through the Navy, setting most of it on fire! All around the Ebrius Praedonus, the panicked Pirates have routed! The Ebrius Praedonus remains intact, and with it, the VAE HORRENDI.

"Un, as Mani thought, the mobility kill wasn't effective at keeping Four down when he had a decent ranged attack. It looks like his tanky armor is great against anything less then suuuper strong cannons, maybe getting a suit of armor would put him over the edge! Big gun and armor, big gun and armor, big gun and armor...."

Mani creates the Mark4. The Mark4 is an Elite Artifact weapon sized for Four. It has the appearance of an M61 Vulcan, with a greatly elongated barrel, a drum-like magazine, a stock, and four barrels, giving it the appearance of an LMG when used by Four. Its a pure combat artifact, existing only to increase the firepower of the wielder.

"Armor comes later~! Mani can't afford anything that could help block that Cannon thingy yet!"

Boost the monastary network in their respected field with 5e to give them the materials to realize their goals
Order the arch-bishops of the monastaries to use their respected field to aid injured civilians and those in need in times of crisis
Do not oppose the pirates

Create 2E worth of Superiour Quality booze and tele-herbs at the taverns of Cortex, May the people drink in times of need
Order Gandtraelite Pirates to focus on plundering not on pillage and rape

Order telekinetic warrior bands to defend Cortex and the Brainkeep at all costs
Use 2E to create proper Spacianite weaponry of high quality for the telekinetic units
Use 2E to inspire Cortex inhabbitants to create crisis squads, squads trained to act in times of crisis. They are to train combat and defense building as well as catastrophe analysis

"Zenrach however, was not the one that made the Cannon a full-blown eldritch awesome artifact. Praven is clearly the one at fault here."

Use 1E to teach Scorim about Deep Space Probes and Fuel Cells
Use 1E to teach all other races about dirigibles and vaccinations

Have the PRC use Scorim satellites to begin making a sensory net that spans the entire world-mountain, mapping terrain and allowing observation of various groups of people.

Have Terminae continue to increase their mastery of necromancy.

Help the Mongrels develop technology in every field.
Have some Terminae begin moving into the probably mostly empty gigantic city of Atria and make it into a trade hub between the top and bottom of the mountain. Encourage them to spread Landrian and Terminae norms and values to the other inhabitants of the city.

Give a crown blessing to the City of Atria.
Give another crown blessing to its ruling council.
