Propose that Landria be prevented from continuing the genocide

Captain Praven quivers with rage, and moves his hand to rest on a flintlock handle. He speaks to Landria quickly, and furiously.

Captain Praven spends 28 Essence to break Death's Chains and free him. Captain Praven donates 10 Essence to Death. Whatever Essence is left after the Chains are shattered goes to him.

"The safeguards I had in place for my tournament triggered. When investigated, albeit with a lowly 6E over the course of initially figuring what happened and then seeing if I could find any trace of another deity, I found Death was involved, at least with murdering the Scorim and bits and pieces of other races.

The fact that only certain races were killed does lead me to believe that it was targeted to weaken someone*."
