Wstfgl organizes the anti-rioting efforts to get the cooperation discount, spending 5E on inducing sleep in anyone about to severely harm someone else in the riots and propagating a calming dream.

Fortuna creates "Fortuna's Folly", an unnecessarily ornate gambling house that appears as an awesome marble door with a brass plaque in a random major city every Tick.

As the name suggests, the gambling house is run by the god of Luck itself, and will make occasional appearances to play with the patrons inside.

A poster in the entryway lists the rules as "NO CHEATING" with a list of possible punishments, usually revolving around inventive ejection from the premises, and a run of excessive bad luck for an arbitrary period lasting no longer than 1 year.

Like the other gambling houses in the world, there is absolutely no house edge, and gamblers may wager anything of value they have, up to and including their freedom.

A gambling house that occupies another dimension, though it has identical physics and such as the "real" world.

The gambling house randomly appears in a random major non-Fhortan settlement each full Tick in order to allow other races to experience Luck, until all major non-Fhortan settlements have been visited.

Once visited, a settlement will not be re-visited until all other major settlements have been visited, at which point all major settlements become eligible to have the gambling house appear again.

Basically it works like an album on shuffle.
