hector13: Retroactive influence: For actions from before T14, I'll probably set a minimum cutoff of 5E spent on non-races to make sure the bigger things like leylines end up getting counted for influence.

Andres: Risky tiers: Intelligent artifacts, unreliable effects, self-corruption with usage, unintended side-effects, and stuff like that.
