These artifact bracelets lets those touched by the moon, call upon it's power.
The power is to garb the wearer in magical attire, and boost their power.
The more full the moon, the better the attire, ranging from clothes to armor.
It increases physical strength, and magical ability. From half to full moon, it lets the user use Celestial magic, even if they don't have natural affinity.
The user's hair and eyes glow white when used during half to full moon.

Luna Gloria

This Agent Power takes the form of a halo, which appears whenever the moon is present.
When someone calls to the moon, the agent can hear it (or decide not to).
It also allows the agent to telepathically speak to people, and even do astral projection.
The magnitude of power is dependent on the phase of the moon, and how directly the moonlight shines upon them.
Clouds, buildings, caves, all serve to lower the amount of power. But being outside on a full moon night, gives them immense power.
It also lets them use Celestial power, as long as they have their halo.
The halo can be broken, as it's physically a part of the agent (good thing the Dagomoth are tall).
