Create another server farm. Set up programming to use the server farm to mine bitcoin.

Set up the trio to add playing single player video games to their playing and learning schedules with the attempts being streamed to Twitch (each with their own Twitch) and then edited and uploaded to YouTube.

Try the riff tracking sub processing again.

Set up anonymous Omeggles (or whatever the equivalent is) and allow the AI access to it for communication learning purposes.

Not uploaded to the channel, have them play chess, scrabble, checkers, Go, and other competitive games through online multiplayer games of such things for more communication learning purposes.

Have their multiplayer (as in the ones where they compete against each other and work with each other) games streamed to Twitch before editing and uploading them to YouTube.
