Not an action: Someone do a thread dive to see what AIs we've made successfully and which ones we failed to make. Include failed attempts that lead to the creation of an AI as multiple failures.

Very specifically design a program to mine bitcoin. Before releasing it, make sure it isn't an AI nor has the capacity to become an AI. If this takes multiple turns to do, we're okay with that.

But it would need some sort of companionship... Lets make a maternal A.I. to watch over the little ones. Also, I suggest that we hire a supercomputer to build meta-A.I.s and security A.I.s...

Suggestion. We put together 5 server farms and then put those together. That should give us something like a +7-+10, at which point we have our own super computer effectively.
