So, I've had it in the past, but now it's especially infuriating. In my current run my adventurer wasn't able to claim a single site, it's always the "I''ve forgotten my bold pronouncement...". Right now I've finished building the exterior shell of my adventure fort and was about to claim it for myself, but thais BS happened.

Any clarification is welcome, even good guesses, I'm desperate.

I've had some "testing", my best guess at the moment is that outsiders are unable to claim sites and that's it.
