Honestly, you've a very distinct art style that I haven't seen pretty much anywhere else but here. Pep up! You're never gonna suck forever! (Unless the same perception of your art is the same, that's technically saying you suck...but not really)

This is torment. Everything I make is shitty and uninspired.

I take the approach that the bad art has to go somewhere. Sitting down and drawing a bunch of crap is necessary in order to remind oneself (subconsciously, even) what crap is and avoid it in the future.

Well it'd be great if I was actually making any progress.

Hey, if you want I can try and put up a one-art-a-day thread so you can actually see what uninspired shit looks like.  I mean, seriously, I've drawn like a paste addled five-year old for two decades after it's reasonably acceptable to draw like a paste addled five-year old.

Keep going, Cinder. It's nice to see people stick with a commitment to improve.

That's more because there's the unseen 'time to learn and draw and assimilate to one's own technique, them wiggly curvy organics!'

It kinda looks easy on videos, because they had to practice it and that's unseen.
HOWEVER the fun part is that there are relatively no videos having the HUMOR of messing up and then finishing in a stable product (with the replicability in seeing the video person making it, to boot). Add in quick cuts to the video to see the different mistakes along the way, and that may help that impression a lot :3

I felt like this was the first time I have done a real study on hands. All other times had been me trying to look at a real hand and despite trying my best, ending up copying them. I don't think I can learn how to create something without learning to make them from my imagination, so I'll be trying out this new studying technique. The hand didn't look very natural but it looked very... cohesive.
