First up, for all you who have indicated interest, I will be accepting waitlisters, but you'll probably be starting with less acts than the original founders when and if you get in.
Secondly, I've added a new section to the rules, detailing how you can battle other gods.
Sometimes the differences between differents gods are truly irreconcilable, and there is no other option but to solve their differences through violence. There are two forms this can take. Prolonged direct combat between gods is too stressful on the fabric of the bubble, and is thus not detailed here and carried out blindly at the players own risk.
Expelling:
By spending more acts than their targets currently has, a god may expel another god from the bubble. However you should beware, as this would reduce the stability of the bubble as their roles are ripped away. In addition, the expelled god will still have some time to wreak havoc on the outside before the Devourer takes them.
Devouring:
By spending a mighty act, you can devour another deity if your remaining acts would be more than their acts. In this way, you could take up the mantle of their roles for yourself, maintaining the stability of the bubble. Beware however, gods are not easy to digest, and the eater may become the eaten.
Thirdly, some discord quotes:
Coolrune206: And is this the kind of game where the players are expected to work together?
I'm usually that one evil player that breaks off the group early, sits in the corner, and monologues for half of the time.
DS: Sort of? A minimum amount of co-operation is expected if you don't want to die
but feel free to mess with each other
I know you made your character like that, so feel free to go evil
Coolrune206: Also, how should we format our turns
Should we label the acts as what they should be; Major, Normal, or Mino?
DS: Bold acts and deeds
Yeah, you should say stuff like "I use one Act to do x" or "With a Mighty Act I cleave this planet in two"
Micelus: can actions be opposed?
DS: think I'm going to go with no
Like you can mitigate an action
For example, if someone makes a plague, you could make medicine plants or teach people medicine
but direct opposition isn't fun
if that makes sense?
