Alright, things look to be slowing down now. Currently, it looks like a toss up between Cubic and World Tree, possibly a Cubic World Tree or two separate planets entirely. Traits seem to be more obvious in majority. Currently, the planet will have  Partial dream logic, Earthlike minerals, 33-50% water,  Many biomes, and there will only be one of them.

Need to decide more obviously between Cubic/World Tree. Also probably need a Sun Design, and any moons you want the planet to have. If we get the Cubic/World Tree discussion finished, tick 2 will probably be tomorrow.

Notes:

The Faithful: Yep, like everyone is saying, they would be worthless for their intended goal (Essence Farms), costing a lot while providing pretty much nothing. You would literally never regroup the essence cost from them alone. Immobile lowers the Worship quality significantly, and "Only Worship/Really really biased towards Worshiping me" is another huge hit to how much worship they can output. The OOC reason is, of course, if there wasn't a penalty everyone would do it and that would be boring. The IC reason has to do with hidden stuff with how souls work :P. This is the kind of thing you should price check if you don't want to get an unpleasant surprise.

Erasing memories: Generally, actions that effect how a God is roleplayed are impossible. After all, I can't really change meta stuff like "Well, he says he stole your memories. Now pretend like you never did that?". However, if both players agree to something like this (OOC) then it can be done, with the price suggested by the effected player. Example: God A wants to erase God B's backstory memories. If Player B doesn't want that, it is impossible. If Player B wants to allow this, he can suggest a price for the action which Player A can accept or decline.

Canceling actions: Try not to do this, its annoying. Especially when its trying to do an action, then realizing everyone is against the action and stopping. It really messes something up if we already have five pages and ten PMs of people responding to it. If it happens too much, you will all be punished by the Wrath of the GM.
Is the current version of the Faithful acceptable?

Probably not. Its the same thing, just trying to pretend to not be the same thing :P.

How is this dream logic going to work?

How will partial dream logic work?

To all: Since there isn't nearly enough voting to break the near-tie, I have taken the liberty of voting through Essence, following in Happy Demon/Daemon Xylia's example. The sooner the near-tie breaks, one way or the other, the sooner you can start creating fun stuff and messing with mortals. At this point, it is still reasonably easy to push the balance toward making either a cubic world or a tree world; this may not remain the case once the for-victor bandwagon starts on the way to Buildyville. ;)

hector13: Transcriber's note Dream logic represents what is commonly but somewhat unhelpfully known as non-Euclidean space. I noticed that most portrayals of non-Euclidean space fall closer to dream logic than to rigorous non-Euclidean rules; if this proves misleading, simply correct it as necessary. ADDIT: If I remember correctly, partial simply means patches of it rather than a world of it

How will partial dream logic work?

Dream logic: The entire world works on non-E physics
Partial Dream Logic: something like 20-30% of the world works on non-E physics.

I think that is what the desired effects are.

So is this MC Escher stuff, or do I now need to look up 3D geometry to visualize what we're doing?

A good way to tell if something is properly nonelucidian is ask yourself "Does this give me a headache when I attempt to think about it?"

I'd really advise not investing power into creating the world creation Happy Demon. That's how the world in Litany blew up.

Pretty sure empowering things don't make them explode.
Otherwise you'd blow people up when you try giving them a temporary power boost.
The desired effect is clear. Faster growth.
