And now, we watch, as DigitalDemon attempts and fails to make a character without a template.
Name: Amerigo Montesi
Bio: Amerigo was born and raised in a small town on the southern coast of Italy, where he lived happily with his family of two mothers, and one brother. That was, until, the day when they had to move. For reasons beyond their control, and beyond Amerigo's knowledge, they had to move to Sweden, where Amerigo was way out of his element, primarily because it was a lot colder. Also because it was an entirely foreign country which he did not know the language of, and almost nobody there spoke Italian. After that, they were forced to move again, going to Spain, then again, to Germany, where they settled in Munich. Amerigo is now 15, and he has only spent about 7 years at school, because of all the moving. He has, however, picked up a lot about learning languages, and is fluent in Swedish, European Spanish, and Italian. His German, however, needs a bit of work. His English is also mediocre at best. He enjoys spending his time with his younger brother, and protects him fiercely, even though he is only older by 3 years. He does the same for other loved ones and friends that he gets close with, although he hasn't had many of those in the past due to the constant moving. He is often one to make jokes a lot and attempts to brighten up any situation with a witty comment, or just a really bad joke. Usually, this works, but only because the jokes are the kind that are funny because they're bad. He is quite cowardly, however, and does his best to stay out of danger. His scholarly abilities are somewhat lacking, but he is a naturally bright sort of kid and is probably only average due to his setback in years. He does, however, know a lot of trivia due to having read many books over the years, which also taught him how to behave around others, which doesn't work so well. He speaks with a mixed accent, somewhere between Italian and Swedish, the two places he spent most of his life. The Italian is more prominent, however.
Appearance: With a somewhat weedy frame, Amerigo makes up for his lack of prominent muscle with a highly-strengthened core and athletic abilities. He doesn't look like it, but he can lift quite a lot, and can run for miles. His face is somewhat chiselled, as he is nearing the end of puberty, and his shoulders are fairly broad. His hair is cut into a number 1 style for almost his entire head, besides a poofy tuft of hair at his forehead, which he sticks back with gel. This gives him an appearance similar to Tintin, except his hair is brown, not orange. He sports a thin moustache and goatee, which looks silly to most, but he is proud of it. His nose is rounded at the end, with flat edges, which some say compliment his multicoloured eyes, one of which is blue, the other is green.
Hobbies: He enjoys spending time with his brother or other close people, no matter what the situation. He also enjoys running and other forms of physical activities, which he usually does with his brother or one of his mothers. Otherwise, he can be found reading, or just going for strolls around nature, which he is quite passionate about.
Strengths: He is a fast learner, and adapts to lots of different situations quickly. He also is a fast runner, and can run away from lots of different situations quickly.
Weaknesses: He is frightened by almost anything, and even if something is threatening someone he cares about, he will still vote to run the hell away. He is also awkward when it comes to social situations, not being used to most social customs after years of travelling.
Oddities: He is multilingual, and also has learned a lot about the roots of words, letting him understand most phrases, even in languages he doesn't fully understand. He also has weird eyes.
