Sunrise Academy - Sunshine and Rainbows edition
"From the beginning of time, the incandescent light of the world has continued to burn brightly in the sky. In the day, it is a wonder to behold, filling the skies with a beautiful blue and illuminating the world below, from the grassy meadows, to the evergreen forests, to the deeply blue ocean, to deserts, to taiga and tundra. Its glory presides over the world. Whether a regular human, to a fiery phoenix, or those that do away with the sun, hiding in caves, under shade or elsewhere until the softer moon takes the place of its sibling, all know of the sacred light of the day.
Since the dawn of man, perhaps even before, we, monsters, demons, spirits, angels, every being defined today as "Supernatural", could share in the light of day freely with humans, mortals. Perhaps we roamed the land freely. Perhaps we laughed merrily along in the forests. Perhaps we forsook day altogether, becoming as nocturnal as the noble owl. Perhaps, if we were strong enough, we revealed our powers to civilizations, and became gods of men. We were free to do all of these.
One thousand years ago, there was a revolt. The humans, seeking the strength of technology rather than the mystical, shunned us, and chased us out. We were strong, yes, but the humans were numerous. Their strength was in numbers, and the armies of man ravaged ours. Some became self-proclaimed monster hunters, so thoroughly they beat us. We underestimated them. We were driven out of their cities, their towns, even the forests and deserts and caves. We had only solace in the night, while they slumbered. Thus, gradually, we faded from sight, and from memory. We were forgotten.
Today, I, no, we, have a school. At the moment, it is a small school, housing our best and brightest under the guise of a human establishment. It is a small asylum from our endless masquerade, our constant hiding in the shadows. No offense to any of you who like that, of course!
[Laughter]
I built this school in preparation for an unmasking. Those in it will be taught the most rigorous of human politics, the loftiest of human subjects - they are to be taught what man has learned in one thousand years. They will use this knowledge to bring about a new age of civilization, one were monsters can live alongside humans as not lesser citizens nor gods, but as friends and equals. That is why I have named the school 'Sunrise Academy', for it is an end to the dusk; and end to our people's despair. It is a bringer of hope."
Welcome to Sunrise Academy! This is going to be another one of those Monster Academy games, but with something at least partially resembling a plot or plots. Anyone can join - granted their character is acceptable.
This game takes place in modern-day probably-Japan, where a new school, Sunrise Academy, has recently been founded by the Summer Court, a very large political power. It is a very exclusive school, only accepting the best and brightest of the world... that is, of the world of monsters! Indeed, some of the greatest young minds and bodies of the supernatural world are here to learn, to hone their skills alongside their usual education to become the very greatest the monster world has to offer, in preparation for a revealing to the human world, planned out by the Summer Court.

Remember: This school is, although quite prodigious, located in Japan. You are allowed to play as a foreigner, but having too many would just ruin the feel.
This is a less... unfortunate universe than the one in which the other Sunrise RP is located. I won't be pulling any big twists, bar ones to do with plots or individual characters. This one is just for people to relax in - and for the people who didn't get into the other one to have their fun as well :3
Also, no using characters from that.
