So just to be clear saying nice things about women = bad, groping them non-consensually = fine?

Wanting to grope women = normal. So far as I'm aware, Trump has not been accused of actually making unwanted advances on women, just talking about it.
For now. Don't forget that this is just the beginning of October. There will be more.

There have been a lot of accusations actually. And he didn't just talk about it, he said it was something he did regularly.

The past 8 days have seen the two largest scandals against a presidential candidate who isn't the sitting president in american history more or less.

With the month starting off like it has, I wonder how you determine which one is the 'October Surprise', because theres a new one every few days. And yeah, it's just the first week of it already.

There is at least one lawsuit that happened: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/jul/20/donald-trump-sexual-assault-allegations-jill-harth-interview , but I don't know how far that one went.

The whole thing seems to be on the same level of the accusations towards Bill Clinton (Monica Lewinski is the only one that was proven I believe, or went to trial or something) and so, the entire complaints that the Republicans have with Hillary aiding Bill in defeating the accusations seems hollow and morally hypocritical when the Republican candidate's behavior is at around the same level, perhaps worse.

For now. Don't forget that this is just the beginning of October. There will be more.

The past 8 days have seen the two largest scandals against a presidential candidate who isn't the sitting president in american history more or less.

The Trump tapes and the email leaks? The email leaks seem to just be an extension of the email leaks and other ongoing scandals which are slowly dripping. The Trump one probably mostly cancelled out any gains from the email leaks. If anything, it might drive more people to third parties. But people have already started voting (absentee ballot and early voting) and I don't see things budging much.

No, the Trump fraud evidence and now this.  Clinton doesn't have scandals nearly as big as Trump.  Trumps scandals are the biggest, the absolute bests.  All the historians are saying that these are incredible scandals.  Biggest in history!

Which fraud evidence? I know there's the tax return stuff which looks fishy on it's own, but is totally legal, and theres the NY Attorney General saying that the Trump charity needs to stop accepting donations until they fix the paperwork, but there weren't any fraud allegations thrown in there.

The charity pay for play.  Putting money into a "charity" in order to evade taxes and then using that money to bribe American officials.

If this was anyone but Trump doing that would define their entire career...

In fact I just checked and Federal Law 18 USCS prec § 201(b) states that someone can be bared from holding public office for bribing an elected official.

You mean the Florida AG? That was more than 8 days ago.

But yeah, he's survived stuff that would typically end the race for a regular candidate or even kill their political career entirely in some cases.

We have known that there was something fishy for more then 8 days but it was on October 1st that the evidence broke that Trump was using the charity as a personal slush fund and there was no deniability on the AG thing, among other things.

Oh, I missed that one on the AG thing as the tax one dropped pretty quickly. Though I did catch the whole 'using the charity as his personal bank' thing.

They can't really replace Trump even if they wanted to (unless he drops out, to which his response was: "NEVAR!!!!11!1!1") mainly due to the logistics and it's simply too late now given that people are already voting with early and mailin ballots.

McCain withdrew his endorsement: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/mccain-trump-229380

a list: http://www.politico.com/story/2016/10/republicans-who-have-condemned-trump-229349

Probably should brace for a potential Trump trainwreck at the debate: http://www.politico.com/magazine/story/2016/10/2016-election-debate-donald-trump-town-hall-214328  Not that this whole campaign isn't one moving constant trainwreck already.

Wanting to grope women = normal.
Speak for yourself.

Anyway. Who new has withdrawn support? GOP senate Candidate for Harry Reid's seat Joe Heck and fellow GOP Rep. Cresent Hardy, both of Nevada, have withdrawn their support at a public rally. More notably, in a statement to Politico, Sen. John McCain of Arizona, former Republican Presidential Nominee and target of Trump's wrath, has rescinded his endorsement.

The damage among female republicans has been particularly nasty. In addition to the highly vulnerable Sen. Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire (who just this week made the mortal mistake of accidentally describing Donald Trump as a model of to her children), and significantly less vulnerable Rep. Martha Roby of Alabama from earlier, more voices have either unendorsed Trump, called for him to step down, or announced their intention to vote for someone else. Among these include former Republican Nominee Carly Fiorina, prominent Trump supporter (noted for attacking colleague Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska for not supporting Trump) Sen. Deb Fischer of Nebraska announced that she believes Trump should step down, Rep. Barbara Comstock facing a tough race in Virginia called for him to drop out. West Virginia Sen. Shelley Moore Capito has called on Trump "to reexamine his candidacy". Rep. Ann Wagner of Missouri and Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska called upon him to exit the race. And finally, to show that this is being felt not just at the highest levels, Alex Smith, first female National Chairman of College Republicans, announced that she was "not with her, but not with him."

Mormons continue their ongoing insurrection with the defection of Idaho GOP Sen. Mike Crapo; the current number of defecting Mormons and Utahns(?) is Rep. Mia Love of Utah, Rep. Jason Chaffetz of Utah (noted Clinton Inquisitor), Gov. Gary Herbert of Utah, Rep. Jeff Flake of Arizona, Rep. Chris Stewart of Utah, and former governor and 2012 Presidential candidate Jon Huntsman. Mormons who never endorsed in the first place include Mitt Romney and Sen. Mike Lee of Utah.

Well there goes all my work to waste. Oh well. I'm leaving this up because it's still useful.

Senator Mike Crapo has withdrawn his endorsement of Trump. He's not in a dangerous seat or anything, but I just thought you guys might want to know that there is a senator named Mike Crapo.

As much as the republicans would want to, it's far too late to change the ticket, and not just because absentee mail-in ballots and early voting already begun.

Also, given how a lot of republican voters don't see Hillary as a viable alternative, the 'scattering to the four winds' of the republican votes is going to be interesting. I also wonder if there may be some sort of revolt or coup at the electoral college.
