I really hate this debate format.  Anyone else?

This isn't a legitimate "debate" in my eyes. I had to experience something like this with the "cross-ex" of Public Policy, and it was never a meaningful part of the debate, just people yelling over each other.

Pence said that he was going to try and 'pull off a Biden' (that is, Bidens performance during 2012 VP debate), haven't seen anything like that, yet.

I really hate this debate format.  Anyone else?

Is it any worse than using podiums? It could just be the way it was set up. But yeah, they don't really have a chance to discuss things and the questions are kind of becoming a blur.

It's awful. It just encourages that they talk over each other, making half of the debate a muddled mess of not understanding a word.

Yeah, it's the format setup though, not the fact that it's a roundtable style.

Is Mike Pence saying that Donald didn't say those things?  Thats... well like something Donald Trump would say.

Yeah, it's like an episode of political crosstalk show.

Sounded like he meant the tone as he seemed to get sarcastic there, and maybe slightly offended. Or maybe more of a 'look who's talking' as Clinton has thrown a few around herself.

I think Tim Kaine tried to cast one of those Roman Catholic death state spells when he took a sip of water though.  Apparently it's not effective against Evangelicals because Mike Pence didn't catch on fire.

And-and-and-and-and-and

It's like-like-like-like-like-like

OH BOY TERRORISM

Edit: Uh oh, Kaine prefers saying "ISIL", also might be advocating internet censorship?

Anybody else think that 'personal mount rushmore' joke was funny? I thought it was a bit funny, as did Pence apparently.

Apparently Pence really wants to hit on this "everything Hillary/Kaine say is a prepared line" idea.

Sounds like he's pulling his teeth thanking Obama for killing Bin Laden.

Okay things briefly got slightly interesting when Pence started laughing there but now it's boring again.  Also, Pence needs to watch his language:
"After travelling millions of miles, after being the architect of this administrations foreign policy as Secretary of State" is not a good way to start a sentence where you criticize someone.

Did Pence say that ISIS was literally conjured up out of the desert or something? Or maybe he's just being rhetorical here.

A lot of disagreement on whether or not Iran still has a nuclear program...

Uh-oh. Did Mike Pence just blow the debate?

(I am not watching this debate. I am keeping half an eye on a few liveblogs, which I am confident will give me 100% accurate overviews of this thing.)
